Thank you for such a prophetic Daily Dose today. I went to my first Personal Exercise Program session under the Silver Sneakers wellness program free at my local YMCA through my health insurance plan.
I felt like a kid in an amusement park with so many beckoning movement machines. Now I have no excuse rain or shine, day or night to enhance my personal fitness. What a gift i opened!
