BeMeBetter with Relationships

This is one of the more gut feeling categories in our lives. In money matters, we can know how much debt or savings we have in numerical terms. Besides counting marriages or divorces, relationships are harder to quantify.

We can ask ourselves challenging questions that shed light on the subject.

Do we feel like we are a connected with family, friends and community?

Or, do we feel like we are disconnected from them?

Do we know intimacy and embrace it, or are we uncomfortable with intimacy?

Are we active listeners to the people in our lives that we care about and do we communicate effectively in response?

Do you put the same level of commitment into your relationships that you expect others to give to you?

One of the most valuable things we can experience in our lives is to be significant in the life of another person, whether that be a stranger, colleague, friend or family member. Usually, if we can just be honest with ourselves about this, we will have a clear picture of where we stand with regards to relationships.
